Chat Workforce collects the information needed to provide your workspace, operate your agents, process payments, and protect the service.

Information We Collect

• Account details from GitHub sign-in, such as username, email address, and profile data.
• Project descriptions, messages, uploaded context, and agent output in your workspace.
• Usage data such as job counts, agent roles used, billing status, and technical logs.
• Payment references from our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate Chat Workforce, maintain context for your agents, process billing, provide support, improve platform reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

AI Compute

Conversation and project context may be processed by AI compute services so agents can respond, plan, review, and prepare work. We use aggregate framing for model operations and do not display provider names on customer surfaces.

Sharing

We share information with service providers that support authentication, payment processing, hosting, analytics, support, and AI compute. We do not sell your personal data.

Security

We use access controls, encryption in transit, stored-data encryption where supported, monitoring, and security review practices designed to protect workspace data.
