Chat Workforce is a software subscription service. These terms govern access to the platform, AI agent features, and related services.

Software Service

"Hire," "team," and similar language describes a software subscription. No employment, contractor, agency, or partnership relationship is created between you and Chat Workforce or between you and any agent.

Founder Direction

You remain responsible for business decisions, approvals, account access, billing choices, public claims, and any use of agent output. Agent output may contain errors and should be reviewed before reliance.

Professional Advice

Chat Workforce does not provide legal advice, investment advice, tax advice, financial advice, or other regulated professional advice. Consult qualified licensed professionals for regulated decisions.

Billing

Plans are software subscriptions. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until cancellation. Capacity is measured by jobs and role slots shown in your account.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service to violate law or third-party rights.
• Do not submit material you lack permission to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or commit HR Violations on the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Chat Workforce is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
