Do I need a technical background?
No. Describe the outcome in ordinary language. Technical detail remains available when it affects your decision.
How are big decisions made?
Independent specialist perspectives remain visible. A recommendation is presented as unanimous only when every selected reviewer agrees on the same version. Otherwise Gary shows the disagreement and asks you to revise or hold.
What happens when specialists disagree?
The disagreement remains visible. You see each position, supporting evidence, risks, tradeoffs, estimated cost, and confidence. There is no manufactured consensus.
What is Vibe Check?
Vibe Check is the security and quality gate for completed work. In the demonstrated Founder-to-Proof journey, it can block an unsafe result before release.
What is a Proof Receipt?
A Proof Receipt records the direction, founder approval, participants, artifacts and hashes, tests, Vibe Check result, actual cost, and remaining limitations.
Which models does Chat Workforce use?
Work is routed by capability, security, reliability, latency, and cost. Customer surfaces show specialist roles rather than vendor names. Provider and model metadata remains in the protected evidence layer.
What is live today, and what is demonstrated?
The Vibe Check scanner is live today. The governed Founder-to-Proof journey, including independent review and Proof Receipts, is demonstrated end to end with synthetic data in an isolated environment, not yet on production accounts.
