When the work warrants independent verification, Gary assembles the right experts across models and disciplines. Approved execution proceeds only after the participating council reaches unanimous agreement. Calling several models does not create independent judgment on its own. Agreement can be faked accidentally. That is why evaluation is separated from reconciliation, votes bind to exact versions, and dissent is preserved for you instead of summarized away.
